Our Festive Afternoon Tea combines sweet seasonal favourites with savoury bites and freshly served scones for a delicious way to celebrate the run-up to Christmas.
A Festive Take on Afternoon Tea
Enjoy a selection of treats including walnut cake with cinnamon icing, Christmas trifle, mini mince pies and winterberry cheesecake bites.
On the savoury side, tuck into turkey and cranberry, smoked paprika chicken mayo and cheddar cheese and chutney finger sandwiches, alongside chorizo sausage rolls.
And, of course, no afternoon tea would be complete without plain scones served with clotted cream and jam.

Festive Afternoon Tea is available Monday to Saturday from 30 November to 24 December 2026, between 12.30pm and 4pm, subject to availability. Festive Afternoon Tea is priced at £25 per person. Full pre-payment is required to secure your booking. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please advise the team of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, all fourteen major allergens are present within the kitchen and Cogs Bar & Kitchen cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces. Cogs Bar & Kitchen reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer where necessary.
